i have a sundown nightshade 15 v2 d1 just recently purchased lnib rd 1750.1 v2 need to run amp at .5 ohms to fully power sub have 200 amp alt and 0 gauge through out and big three is it safe to run amp at .5 with current electrical

i bought a rd 1750.1 rd amp and the guy said with the right electrical it is stable at .5 ohms is this true if it is please explain nessesary electrical upgrades
