    So right now the sub is wired at 4ohms to get 500 watts my amp puts out 900 at 2ohms, so I can just re-wire to 2ohms and adjust the gain? How do I know when its down to 600watts? (New to this)

    Ive been running my l7 (rated at 600rms 1200MAX) at 500 watts in order to break it in, but I want to step it up a bit. Can it handle 900rms or am I going to **** it up?!

    I have a 10" Kicker L7 and an 1800 watt Kenwood amp. The sub is rated at 600 rms and 1200 watt Max, can it handle 900 rms?
