So I called customer service up and they said it was to ship out by the ned of today and well my gut was telling me something was wrong so I asked him if it was on backorder he put me on hold then 10 mins...

Today I ordered hids, component speakers, and an 1200 watt amp. The hids and speakers were shipped today. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist in UPS data base. Also the amp wasnt shipped because its backorder. Any help. Are they legit?

Hows it going. I'm new to car audio and I'm new to this forum. My problem is that when I turn my jvc head unit on my subs hum and buzz in a wave form its annoying. I tried adjust my gains but at the lowest part where it will not buzz or hum anymore my subs are not hitting hard. Any advice...
