I have DSK 165.3 on a Kenwood 361SD deck amplified by a u-dimension pro x500.24 comp amp and sounds great for their price. I paid ~80$ for them.

I solved both problems. For 1st, 361SD "Complete switched off (pushing SRC button for a few seconds) uses 6,5mA" was the answer from Kenwood company so it won't drain my battery. And for 2nd I used some plastic screws and parquet foil to avoid the contact of amp with the ground.

Well my question isn't about solving the engine sound in speakers, I just replaced the player and problem disappeared. My question is about amp mounting to not encounter this again. Can I mount it directly on the table ? Its radiator will get - from car ground, would be any problem ? Are them...
