If I was looking at either the 10w6v2 or the 8w7, then which one would be better in my situation? I don't think that I'd be unhappy with the SQ of the 8w7 even if the 10w6 might have a bit better SQ. Which one do you think would be louder? I'd be building each to the JL recommended size sealed...

I'm pushing about 120 watts RMS to each 12". And i only have the gain set about halfway up. These subs don't push much air at all... I don't think that i'll be losing much volume by switching to a nice single 10". And if i do, then i don't care... because I know that it'll sound much better.

Before someone says anything... yes, I have searched a lot trying to decide. But i just can't figure it out. I've heard good and bad about everything I'm looking to getting a single 10" to replace two really, really cheap 12's. Long story about the 12's, but I should just say they definitely...
