is this an ok cheap priced amp?... i had a pioneer gm-5000t.. wouldnt push my infinity reference series 1030w sub.... got the legacy and it pounds nice and hard now.. just.. have heard alot of bad things about legacy and was currious. Whoops.. forgot the amp.lol.. it's a legacy LA570

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know... got the problem fixed.. pioneer amp was junk...brought it back to best buy.. and then went out and found a brand new legacy la570... 800watt 2 channel amp.. now the 10 hits nice and hard. so .. thanks for everybodies help.

i haf the sub phase setting on normal.. and i have the built in low pass filter in the deck.. on 125 +6... and i turned the av outs on.. just incase i needed too.

so your saying it might be louder if i get a 250 watt mono sub amp?

i tried all 3 rca cable hookups... and just so everybody knows.. it's all brand new equipment.. i tried the sw rca parts.. the front... and the rear..

i have a pioneer deh-p6600 deck... and the gain on the amp.. is turned all the way up.. well.. i think it's all the way up.. if it is turned all the way to the right.. it says.2v.... and if i turn it all the way to left.. it says 6..5.. and about 1/3rd of the way from the 6.5 it says normal...

how can the amp be too small? like it's 400 watts rms almost.. and rms on the sub is 250... does.. like pioneer maslable there amps? and no i can not fold the seet down.

it's a 1992 ford thunderbird with factory premium sound.. and yes.. i double checked all of my wiring atleast 4 times.. and everything is right...
