I don't actually have a "budget", just want to be able to get the best bang for the buck. surely the power acoustik amp would have to be better than just running it off the deck though.

How much are we talking to get a decent quality receiver/amp/component set? I don't think the budget can go much past that point. Do you recommend another brand in the same price point?

Will 5 1/4 component speakers fit in a 6x8 door? Is there anything in particular that I would need to look for when selecting a component set? the rms? 60w rms? and what type of amp should go with that? a 400w, 100x4 4channel? components in front, 6x8 in the rear doors?

Are those good choices? any suggestions?

The other option I am considering is Pioneer AVH-P2400BT It doesn't have navigation but that isn't necessary.

would you be willing to post some good options for me in the 250-300 range, and cheapest with navigation. rear camera, ipod connectivity for in car calling, and full touch screen are a necessity.

Whats the ohm on it? I would like to make sure it can be set to run at 1ohm. Any idea how old it is? I thought Kove went out of business, haven't heard from them since 2004.
