Doh, I feel like the biggest spazz. Pulled the 20a fuse and replaced it with a 10a. Noticed that the 20a had the tiniest little break in the circuit. It was basically a hairline crack, no big gap, no black/brown spot, nothing. Replaced it and everything went smoothly. Thanks for the help!
