    Dumps a truckload of bass on your woofers, SPL meter is wicked hot, easy setup, but you will lose some upper bass frequencies

    AC four.1 will increase your preout volts from your hu from 4 volts up to 13.5 volts.........which in overall will give you better SPL and SQ.......

    the only difference I have seen when looking to buy line drivers are their ability to strenghten your preout to 8 or 13 volts.......

    one other thing the Audio Control Matrix supposely suppose to raise any pre-amp signal up 24 dB, or 13 volts peak. So what you are saying it would be very noticable......
