yes it true the drag queen is outlawd in db drag, the power out is acurate, the reson for the ban is that it is a tone generator, and doesnt play music, also it uses an interanl 70 volt battery to hold the 60 second burst of power, then you have to let it charge again, doesnt even require a head...
