Ok so my car has a 100a alternator.

I have a '99 Nissan Altima right now with a regular battery and alternator. I wasn't sure if I'd need to upgrade the alternator in this case. The impedence of those subs is 2 ohms. Also I'm not really sure what a 140a alternator or agm battery are. Will they cost just as much as the subs and amp?

Well now I'm actually thinking about getting the P3D2-12 subs (instead of P2D2-12). That's a much better upgrade BUT.... now I need a better amp.

Hello everyone. So I've been told that many amps are rated much much higher than what they are actually capable of and I need a new amp to power these subs. They are 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D2-12 12" Subs with a combined MAX power of 1600 Watts. I was considering the BOSS Audio DST2500D DISRUPT...
