Where would be a good place to ground the wire?

How do I fix it ?

I connected my speakers to a Pioneer PRS 4 channel 1200W amp 300RMS and my subwoofers to Sony Xplod 800 w 4 channel amp. It keeps making this annoying whining grumbling noise until I open any of my doors or trunk the noise stops completely. It only makes the noise when the car engine is on...
