First I would make sure your have the video inputs assigned correctly. If that doesn't work then How do you have it hooked up? What cables/inputs are you using? Any way you could take a picture and post it?

The pic of the caps isn't very good but i'm assuming they are cracked and/or leaking. Are any other components burnt? Do you see any water damage on the PCB or any components?
