Hi, i have a question: When i look at an Amp's specs, it gives me different power ratings depending on voltage, like: 12V or 14.4V. For example: Amp> 600W x 1@ 2ohms @ 12V or 800W x 1@ 2ohms @ 14.4V Can I choose which one to use? if so... How? thanks

If i get a single channel amp rated 800watts x 1 @2ohms.... to push the (2) 12" subs, will the amp divide the wattage in 2 (400w to each sub) or will it send 800W to each sub? Sorry if im asking a stupid question, like i said im not familiar with this subject.
