i was running to red tops in my car for at least 5 yrs without a problem.. 1 of em just went bad last week so i got my moneys worth out of em. and it was the front one that was reading week when tested back was still fine ....
yea its fine to have red up front and yellow in back .. thats what i have with a 130amp alternator and have no had a problem at all.. just make sure you fuse the + wire right after the front battery and right in front of the back battery
i have a red top for the front and a yellow for the back do i need any thing in between to regulate or do the batterys need to be the same .. it says in the manual for the yellow top when running batterys parrelell they should be same make model and age... or should i just put the yellow up...
if your alternator isnt putting out enough amps a 2nd battery would do you no good .. stop at your neighbor hood part store and make sure your alternator is putting out its intended amps...
I have 2 red tops sitting here would i be ok to install these with a isolator or should i just pick up a yellow top cause my lights are dimming to the point that it looks like im flashing my lights at oncoming traffic... dont need to get pulled over for something this minor
I have to 12 inch phoenix gold xenon... wondering if some one could point me the right direction on a decent low budget amp that would do these speakers justice...and ideas would be greatly appreciated
