thanks everyone for your input. After about 15 mins of having the car idle it suddenly dropped down to 14.7 volts and has stayed that way all night. The only thing I can think of is maybe it was a little higher after I reconnected my batt before my computer reset itself? thanks again all!

I love my a/d/s 236 IS set, the midrange is one of the best I have personally heard. On the other hand the tweeter is a silk and a little quiet for my tastes, perhaps due to it being in the kick panels? Overall I think its a great set for the $169.00 I spent on them.
