So I was at work trying to trouble shoot and make sure I didn't have a bad ground or loose wire some where and when I remove my rca's it comes right out of protect but as soon as I put one in it jumps into protect could it just be bad rca's then?

Just a friendly suggestion but if I were you I would figure out why the type s "busted" how did you set the gain?...Also there are quite a few variables that you should share like box and budget then I am sure the more experienced guys will guide you in the right direction

Use a small fish hook straighten it out the barb should grab worked for me when I broke mine or heat up a safety pin bend the end a little and hopefully that will pull it out

Yes i was I switched songs with the hu using usb and the thump I switched songs from my phone using the aux jack NO thump
