Sorry for jumping in, but I have a question. I have single voice coil subs. The Infinity Kappa Perfects and my amp is 600 watts at 2ohm. Can I hook it up to get 600 to each speaker.

A friend is leaving for school and gave me his box. Pretty heavy and it was free.

If you buy the perfects, don't look to over push them. They are rated at 350rms and I would keep it around that. For people to say they are fragile and no SQ, then their install sucked or the overpowered them with about 1200 to each sub. You will not go wrong with Infinity Kappa Perfects.

Congrats to you. And I think it is a pretty good show to watch and see people, especially kids get their cars tricked out. They may not use L7's, Brahma's, or Re, etc; but they do some **** good work and the cars are a 1000 times better than before. Good show and congrats to you. Peace

If you had to get a prefab box, would subzero boxes be good? It is a sealed 1.25cu for 12's.

Go with the perfects. I have the kappa 12.1 with a lightning audio storm digital 600.1 in a 1.25cu sealed box and nothing but love.
