I figured out the FM problem. I have a mono setting on my HU and just had to turn it on. That seemed to take away the noise. Still don't know about the BT issue :/ I know it's plugged into the right thing. A faulty mic would be the easy way out but how do i test that? Are there other mics that...

i was doing that but the caller said there was no change. could the Bluetooth and antenna cable touching be interfering with each other?

i haven't found a permanent spot for the BT mic yet but no matter where i hold it or where i sit people say it sounds like crap. The HU came with a Antenna adapter but I didn't see anywhere to plug it into. I just plugged the cable from my car into the aftermarket HU.
