Is it possible to repair the outer foam on speakers. If so then with what or how. Thanks for the help. I'm asking cause i'm getting a good deal on some used infinity 5.25 speakers but one of them has the foam ripped.

which of these setups would sound better, I'm going more for SPL then for SQ. One 12" rockford fosgate hx2 in a SEALED box or one 10" rockford fosgate hx2 in a PORTED box?? Both are 500W RMS and 1000W peak. I'm just wondering because I'm really tight on space that i can sacrifice for a box...

I'm still deciding which one to get....

How would I wire a Fosgate HX2 10" which is a dual voice coil sub which puts out 500W rms @ 4 Ohms to a Fosgate 550S amp (2 channel) which puts out 550Wx1 @4ohms to get the most out of the subwoofer. How do I have to wire it. Thanks for all your help guys.

thanks for your help guys. So what amp would you recommend I use with RFD 2110 (2ohm). Don't want to spend to much money if I don't have to.

I was thinking of using one Fosgate Punch HX2 RFD 2210 Dual Voice Coil, 500W RMS, 1000W Peak, @ 4ohms. And using a Fosgate Power 550s amp which is 550W RMS @ 4ohms Bridged. Thanks for the all the help so far guys.

I posted this question b4 but I'm not too sure if I was clear on which HX2 i was talking about. So which one for some ass kicking Bass?? one 12" in a sealed box.

I'm planning on getting a Fosgate hx2 12". Should I get the 2ohm or 4ohm version. I will need a 2ohm amp to run the 2ohm version right? Whats the difference between the 2ohm and 4ohm version when you listen to them? Your help is greatly appreciated guys.
