Any ideas, on either application with factory HU/NAV?

I have been trying to find out what the best way to install a sub/amp and ipod in my 2003 Mercedes G55 with oem navigation. Would the Rockford 3sixty.1 work, and how would install with with optical lines? Any info is appreciated. I already have the sub/amp, its a 15" XXX and MMATS D300HC...
