Why would I need to upgrade my electrical for 900 watts? I've already done the BIG 3 and have an upgraded deep cycle/starter combo battery. I could spend $500 on a HO alternator, but then I would be stuck with the same low quality amps / so-so speakers for at least another 6 months to a year...

Which of these 2 amps would be less stressful on my alternator, and would there be any difference in SQ? According to ID's manual, The ID i2300 does 150 x 2 at 2ohms (50 amp fuse) The ID i2600 does 150 x 2 at 4ohms (80 amp fuse)

What size boxes did you hear the IDMAX and Hertz in? Do you remember any distinct differences you heard between the two?

What box size did you use for sealed and ported? Have you heard any of them first hand?
