Everywhere I look is saying that the 94 - 97 alts are the exact same, so I would say yes. Might wanna look a little bit into it though, just to make sure, because I wouldn't wanna get the old one out without knowing for sure it'll fit. You could call the guys at Powermaster and ask them...
