for that budget, why not just get a BA single sub setup? His money would go much farther if he just got one sub.

for a first time system, some MTX Jackhammers would be a good choice. They got much louder than i thought they could.

Oh my god........you could eat off the engine!

Your only overpowering them by like 800 watts..... That is IF the Hifonics puts out as much power as it says it does and IF the AQ's aren't underrated at 600 rms Really, i think its a good matchup as long as you don't run the subs ful tilt all the time
