If the voice coils where wired out of phase it would not move at all i guess, my problem is distortion, i will put the woofer out the box and check the wires in + and - positions. I think that it´s correctly wired, the problem is another thing... what do you guys think?

Nominal impedance = 2 x 4 ohms DC Resistance = 2 x 2.10 ohms Which is the one that I have to look at? Thanks a lot!

Hi people! I have a problem with my bass installation... My little RF HX2 rfd2215 subwoofer doesn´t like my Hifonics BX1500D. It´s running at 2 ohms voice coils in parallel, the **** woofer doesn´t move unless I turn up the remote bass knob which is the worst thing in the world that I can do...

I have the same problem hooking up a RF hx2 15" sub 4+4 to my Hifonics bx1500d, i have a clarion head unit and a pioneer DEQ-7600, i have very little basses, could the low voltage output of the DEQ-7600 make the amp give poor power???? Thanks a lot !! Fede
