got a new meter it now reads 1ohm

Already did they both read around 4.0 ohms.

I got 2 Massive Audio Kilo 124 paralleled wired to 1ohms but when I read it with my multimeter it shows up as 2ohms. My amp is rated at 1200.1 Mono D (NVX 1200.1 JAD) What did I do wrong? (not my first time wiring, I wired them just like my alpine type r that read 1ohm)
