hi ya'll. i wanna power for a phoenix gold ti 15 and would like to know which amp would be more dependable overall. would the 15 inch just be way overpowered by the hifonics amp? anyways which amp is just a better amp overall. thx all!

i heard from poeple that the ti's are just better...10 inch for ti is 500 rms compared to 300 from alpine although u can overpower them i heard.

any know what a recommended box would be for the TI15D? ported to what and tuned to waht hertz?

thx guys. i dont have alot of money right now so how do u wire to 2 ohm load with 2 or 4 channel amps? the tweeters are 90 rms and i dont want to pay lotta money when i can possibly get it to go 90 rms when wired to two ohm load.

go with alpine h/u, many great quality headunits under 200 for alpine.

for the headunit i would suggest an Alpine 9805 model. it has 3 4 volt outputs. if u look they are around 150 although they are hard to find now. but anyways Alpine are great amps...i got the 9805, mainly cuz i heard alpine is good and it has the 3 4 volt outputs which i heard sends a cleaner...

i want to buy tweeters now and when i get the money buy the midranges... im short on money right now and it be cool i think getting seperate tweeters and then good midranges later on

well i leaning towards getting it ported tuning it to like low 30's mayb high 20's. i dont want it all sq cuz i want to have some good spl. i prob get the ti15d since it can go to two ohms and it be easy finding an amp that will go to two ohms with the recommended rms. Are these subs hard to...
