    Connect the yellow and red wire together and connect to the battery and the black wire and see if it turns on if it’s does. Your wiring in your truck has issues

    Let me clarify it connect red and yellow wire coming out radio together to positive on battery terminal and the black wire coming out radio to ground on battery and see if it turns on if it turns on your car has wiring issues radio works
