laugh at me...why? stating facts. If you connect two different batteries, in two different charge states, the lesser charged one will benefit from more charged. quiescent current.....the larger battery has a bigger quiescent current and that's the current that is required to just stay at status...

Connecting two different battery's specially diff ages of battery's or diff sizes isnt good for anything.....

well depends how good of a box you want to design and the ease of designing it.....easier to make a box that will sound good without a backseat there....depends what you want in all reality.

Take the rear seat out.....with my dodge ram i have a split rear back seat. Removed half the rear seat behind the d/s seat and thats where my sub box is.

I have that amp powering my type x 12" in a 1.9 cu ft box tuned to 35hz.....sounds great love the combo.

pdx 1-1000 is at 2 or 4 ohm.... both 1000 watts rms

I grounded my ground in my dodge ram to the d/s seat bolt that holds the seat to the floor.....good ground goes into frame.

DC has some sick ones for the dodges....pricey but gotta pay for quality sometimes tho.

Well its pretty much the same as doing SOME of the big 3. When tapping into that bolt and grounding it in all reality you are taking the (ground your engine block to frame) from the big three....and just using the alt bolt instead. Cant hurt just helping out your electrical system.
