Im really looking to convert the round ports into one large slot port, anyone that can help with the conversion of the round to square would be a great help !

I have four Polk Audio DXi 12's, 4 OHM SVC. Right now I have them in a sealed box and I want to build a ported box. I have the specs from Polk on size and port dimensions but I dont want to have 4 ports. What I need help with is converting the 4 ports into one slot port, I have no idea where to...
