Ok, I have a JBL 1200.1 amp and 2 rockford fosgate hx2 rd2212's with a pioneer 6400 head unit. I'm having problems with the subs. When I turn my system up my speakers make a "burping" noise. Someone said my amp is clipping, but I have no clue. If anyone could give me any suggestions I would...

I have it all figured out now...the wire I was talking about was the remote wire (for the amp). The HU is a DEH-P7400MP....Thanks for all the help

I'll look into it...Any other suggestions for speakers...Nothing like JL W7's or anything..Something much cheaper..

Hmmm, I think it is like 33 in wide 13-15 in bottom depth around 8 in top depth and about 18 in from bottom to top of seat...somewhere around there, and I want the speakers downfiring...

I was thinking about the 2 12 L5 Kickers, but not sure if they will fit...I'm thinking they will, I'm just not sure about enough space for a big enough box...I drive a Jeep Wrangler

Yeah, downfiring=bigger box, that is mainly the only reason i was gonna build it like this . I am thinking if I build it downfiring, I'm gonna put plexi-glass on the front of it.

Yeah, I'm thinking it will fit, but I won't to make sure before I order them...lol. I'm going to have them downfiring of course, or do you think it would be better firing into the back seat?

Do you think I can fit 2 Rockford Fosgate HX2 RFD2212's behind the seat in my Jeep Wrangler...They recommend .8 cu/ft per sub...And if this won't fit, I guess I'll go for 2 10's, but if someone could just help me out..Thanks

I drive a Jeep Wrangler , and I wanna put a system in without taking out the back seat. As most of you know there isn't much room, the measurements are around 33" wide 13-15" bottom depth and around 8" top depth and about 20" from bottom to the top of the seat. So I was thinking about 2 10's...

I'm only gonna have 1 12" so I want as much power to it as it can handle. Thats how I look at it anyways. Thanks for the help
