So if I wired them in 8 ohm's in stead of 2 ohm's it would give me 2.67?

Question about Ohm's
I'm interested in an amp that will output 1000 watts rms with a 1 ohm load. What should the ohm's be per sub if I used 2 speakers instead?

Question about Ohm's
If I have 3 dual 4 ohm subs and wire them for 2 ohm's each and wire them all in parallel will that give the amp a 1 ohm mono load? I knew this answer at one point but it's been 10 years since I last had a system so I forgot a lot of stuff!
