oh OK.. sounds like your 1st sentence says the same thing twice...i do have the LOC to the speaker outputs LR+-/RR+-, then amp, then subs . Good, as long as i do not need a new HU or another LOC

Heres the set-up....I got a line out in stock HU rear wires for amp and (2 ) 12's, how can I get sound shaping capabilities other than the fade , like an eq ....etc and still keep HU?

Thanks, the Pa2150 Ive been nursing is 12 yrs old. The subwoofs are another story. Two 12"Earthquake subs in bandpass. Dont even begin to ask me the model#. Havent taken it out of the box yet. But I am cosidering putting them in a ported box for more hit

Shiiiii.......hot here also..This is what I got packin in my Endeavor........Original head unit wif a line out, Earthquake amp (old skool) 750x1, 350x2, sin to noise ration :- 105Db's, THD:-.015. Not much, but a starter amp, i guess. The problem is the subwoofs. I posted a thread on Earthquake...

It looks like ported is the way to go!...........As for CJL...yes the 12" subs came with the bandpass box. Earthquake of San Francisco to be exact. They sound ok but not tight and reponsive. Kind of a droning sound.

I have some Earthquake 12" in a bandpass box....*sounds like s#it* in my SUV. I was wondering if it was better to swap out to ported for more hit instead of that droning sound i get from bandpass?. 'Zup, peeps? Im new to this forum. I have an old school amp made by Earthquake in '94. And its still banging to this day. Its the PA2150. It even came with a birth certificate! ..700x1/ 4 ohms , 350x2 /2 ohms, sig to noise:105db, and THD @.015. weighs about 20 lbs. The 12' subs are from...
