Why can't I do that? And a 150 fuse would let 150 through before stopping power aka my amps would be fried.

So I picked up a 10w7 yesterday, looking to get an amp for it. I'll be putting it in a 350z for what it's worth, and I'm stuck between these two amps. Not trying to spend $800 on other stuff and these seem to have the best specs out of all the $2-300 amps out there. Any recommendations?
