The thing with the ppi is that it outputs 395 at 4 ohms, and 785 at 1 ohm, (12v)

Thank you for the help, BOOMINGRANDPA, since this is my first setup, I think that I will just look for a cheap amp that outputs around 700 rms at 1 ohm, since I know eventually I will upgrade to something better. Thanks again

I understand what you are telling me, and I also understand that some people are having difficulties accepting the fact that I wanted to have a 4 ohm system rather than a 1 ohm, i understand that with the kicker I will have to have the gain set quite low, so as to not blow the sub.

Well I can get the kicker for 160, same as ppi, and I intend to run the kicker at 4 ohms, giving me my 600w rms

Why run a bridged if I can use a 4 ohm mono instead?, I just want 4 ohm, since that supposedly would put less stress on the system than a 1 ohm load?

My range is under 200 for a 4ohms stable amp, preferably.
