i use stinger voltmeter i did't face this problem before now it's weird my head unit draw 0.8 ampere but i move some wires and increased alil bit is it bad ground or rca problem my dashboard get allot of shakin during driving maybe somthing went wrong

I notice somthing weird when i move the RCA behind my headunit my voltage get drop and increase am not sure if it's bad rca or bad ground before my voltage 13.0 when i move some wire randomly now i got 13.6 weird Rca anybody tell me what's the problem

i will check it in the morning but can bad remote wire lead to this problem or does't matter?
