    I have a 12in jl audiow6 1st generation,and a alpine mrd605,rated at 600watts rms at 2ohms,i will have the sub wired at 3ohms,do any of u guys think i will blow this sub?or how do u think it will hold up?how long etc.would appreciated what u think

    At the time, the ST500D remote bass knob was designed to work in conjunction with the on-board gain knob; one was dependent on the other, in terms of level- so it could very well benefit you to find the remote and plug it in and turn it to max level (two full clockwise turns). Thanks...
