Your "loud" volume?
about 8-12/35 for normal driving on my CDA-9887, about 22-23/35 when I want to shake things up a bit, haha.

How Off Is RE Calculator??
It's not that off, pretty on point IMO, when I compare it to other calculators. It's just that the RE calculator measures port length on the outside wall, like someone stated before. Don't be hesitant to use it.

Sealed Enclosure For A 12" Fi Q
just punched some numbers in. considering 3/4in mdf, 18 w x 15h x 12d gets you 1.354cuft gross after sub displacement, it's 1.194, close enuff =-)

Reccomend Me A Sub
I got my Fi Q 15 in a 4.2cuft box @ 30Hz, had it in a 2.6cuft sealed and it was pretty loud for being sealed. Go ahead and go ported though.
