Doesnt Focal have alot of good midbass too? I guess as long as its a well balanced speaker system it doesnt really matter its just that i swear my type R's are just straight trebble I am just looking for something with a nice warm sound to it

They Type R Alpines are a little bright but i do have the gains for the Tweeter turned down and the midbass sounds great in my buddys truck and well not so great in my Jeep but there is a 2 year differance there between speakers i am going to say mine are about 5yrs old now and have been beaten...
