They are actually one of the top brands out there depending on about a million other factors it should bang if it is installed properly and the amp is a big enough zeus (hiphonics)
if your subs are dual 4ohm's then do this take a wire and hook one to - on one coil then hook it to + on other coil or vise versa you now have created a 8 ohm load do this to both subs then put both + and - together and wala you have 4ohm's that should play nicely if done correctly
for starters take the factory tape deck and throw it as far as possible get a cd player and listen to the shiet right . then figure were to put the wires
last time i checked 2 8 ohm sub's wired in parrelel was only 4 ohm's
to answer your question it depends mostly on your amp this is my advise take to a pro who knows. its worth the money down the stretch, i know at my shop we warranty all our work for life
mE PERSONALLY i would try it myself thats how i learned and now i'm a certified pro. , but on the other hand if its your first time your GONNA *UCK SOMTHIN UP so take it to the pro's who know
make sure the wire that says power antenna on the back of your deck is connected to the hot for your antena , IF ITS NOT THERE MAY BE AN INTERNAL MALFUNCTION ON IETHER THE DECK OR ANTENA. ITS NOT A BLOWN FUSE
it doesent matter as long as you've got enough power, but for the cleanest sound you could take 2 8 ohm's wired in parrellel to give you pretty clean and low sound's, but be sure your amp can supply the power demands in a 4 ohm load
