I have a sundown sa8 d2 v2 at medium to high volume sounds great but when I put it at somewhat low volume the sub stops moving and makes a crackling sound....I'm powering it with 1000 "real watts" any help would be great thanks

i looking to buy a 15 inch sub woofer i dk which to get.... i was looking at the sundown sa 15 alpine type r 15 sundown e 15 or maybe something else i want one thats the loudest loud by itself then even louder when i get 2 ...i want to stay under the price of an sa 15 so under about 230 thanks
