    Go with the 18”s is my advice. Sounds like you have the space to do it. The difference between 2-15s and 2-18s is almost like getting another 15. My favorite two systems I’ve had personally used single 18s.

    I can’t tell from the pictures, is that 3 layers thick ply on the port, and then the pvc is in the first layer, then the other to are sized to the id of the tube to continue the port to edge of box? I like it, would love to see more detailed pics if you have any.

    You will be using roughly 80amp and going only 10 or so ft so you could use as small as 8ga. If you think you might upgrade later and use mor or bigger amps then get 4ga now and you’ll be good. I would research “big 3 upgrade” it’s very simple and you can use your 4 ga wire or get some battery...

    Subs are not working but sub is on and subwoofer isn't blown

    Check to see if you have ac voltage on the speaker wire to sub for the amp. If you have already checked the settings on the HU check the gains and crossover on the amp. Try to use a different rca on the head unit and use the lpf on the amp.

    Online enclosure program/ app

    You can download winisd, and Torres box calculator on your computer. Both are simple and have tons of YouTube videos if you need help getting started. 12volt.com calculators are very helpful as well. Speaker box lite is the best phone app I have found, but I like all the above better.
