Like i said before i would go with the 4 12's . Put two 12's in one box and build it like Re wants you to and just build another box for two more the same way, and then put them on top of each other. Have you be to the RE web site??????

Its not a myth No it won't! The 15 will just play deeper and take up more space, that's it. That big woofer being slow shit is a myth!

motor strength is a important part but a 15 will give off deeper bass because of its cone size, and it can take in lower frequency response better than a 15. The 12 will give off a more clear and boomer bass sound but the 15 will out beat it on the deep bass part.

4 15's in a wall would give you that deep bass but the 4 12's would give the best because there cone is not as big and it could move fast than a 15. And it depends on the set up your going for. Are you going for Sq or SPL set up?? and are you going to do a ported or sealed box?

if you do four instead of six you mite not have to worry about your alternator. Because 6 amps on a stock alternator is a lot of heat. Plus four wouldnt be that much space taken up.

Sounds like you have a voice coil problem. did you have your subwoofers wired up for a to low load???

Just get a switch and put the off wire from the switch at were the end of the power wire meets with the amp and put the on wire to the remote part of the amp.
