Are these "Rockville" mono amps for $150 actually putting out 3000 watts peak? Jesus, I've been out of the car stereo game for far to long. Is it clean?

Right now I've got a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" mdf Amp not strong enough? I've toasted some vc's in the past with it.

Would a bridged PPI 4100 be adequate, or to much for a pair of 15 kicker comp 40cwd154's? They will be in a sealed box that I'm making out of 3/4 mdf with a double layer in the front. I know they're cheap subs, but wanted something until I get get my hands on something better in the future...
