I'd bet your clipping the amp and it goes into protect. I have no clue if that amp has this feature or not, but that would be my first guess. What is your gain set at (1/2, 3/4, all the way up?). Only other thing I could think it to be is a loose connection somewhere that touches the +/- and...
I think he is saying you need a 4 way active head unit to add a dedicated mid-bass, 3 way active is tweeter, woofer, and sub-woofer.
Install looks very nice, get that door sealed as soon as possible, should help out a lot.
Good luck,

What subs are you using, as that will impact your design. Also is the port 34.5"h 3"w and 25" long? I see you having some port issues that way, you usually don't want to pass the 9-1 ratio, make the port more square if possible.
Good luck,
Larson
What ohm load are the subs?
You can also go here

and figure out what Ohm load your speakers can wire to.
Good luck,

I haven't had my hands on the 12, but the 15 sdc2.5 doesn't really gain much tuning lower than 34. I'd suggest tuning around 35-36 for the most part. How much power you have on tap?

Bought an IA 20.1 from him. The item was as described, shipped promptly, packaged well, and he always replied to PMs. Would do busyness with again.

It'd be cool to get it metered with 1 amp than 2 amps, and at .5 strapped and 2 ohms strapped.... but don't know if that'll ever happen. Also, would be nice to have some "sq" involved in the car.
Sounds like a fun toy, always wanted to mess with one of those. Maybe I can swing by the shop some time and mess with it for a bit, that is if its ok with you.
Larson
Sure will man. By the way, if you ever need some help man, just holler, an extra hand can be very useful sometimes. Also something I've never asked you guys over there, do you guys have a meter on hand usually?
Larson
No problem, hope it treats you well. I forgot to ask, but did you get the BL metered? And thanks Jason for hosting this, don't know if I met you or not. Larson
