Ok, I currently have a Rockford 1001 BD, 500 rms @ 4ohm, 1000 rms @ 2ohms. I also have a JL Pro-Wedge box with a 10w6 that has a blown, dry-rotted foam surround. I'm open to suggestions on sub(s), size (10s? 12s? Single 12?) , and box. I listen to a large variety of music, but probably 50%...

About 90 miles north of Houston on Lake Livingston. Near Sam Houston State University. I've tried posting in the Subwoofer sub-forum but it appears to not want me to do that. Interesting.

Never really had amazing systems, but I miss the bump so I'm hoping you guys here can help me.
