i bout a new soundstream 7''tv /radio and b4 puying it in the dash there was a lttle whine soon as we put it in the dash it got loud as **** . that was the purpose of buyin new radio every1 i ha ve does it . i've done it all checked wire voltage ,changed rca's grounded rcs'a put in resistors...
