    i have 2 10 inch RD sonance v1's and one 1000.1 RD amp. subs are rated at about 600 rms each, but are highly under rated. running them at 1 ohm and 35 hz

    Picked up two 10 inch RD Sonances last week and a 1000.1D RD amp. I want to run these in a ported box, but am not sure what to tune it to... i wanna hit the lows hard, but still get pretty loud overall.. what are yalls opinions on this?

    haha would do but... the local shop only carries like jl audio, mtx, and pioneer and im not trying to spend a fortune on one 12 and 6000 for install

    true but he didnt buy it it was given to us, but he does pay insurance on it and its in his name, but i do pay for everything else... gas, mechanics, etc. i would be happy with the one 12 but i would end up spending so much money thats not needed to spend from the local shop

    no way in hell he would pay for it. i work year round. and the car is in my dads name, but im the only one who drives it because my aunt "gave" it to me.... and he wants me to go to a local stereo shop but they overcharge sooooooo much and i refuse to go there and let them take my hard earned...
