Next I capped off the back of the box. Then I added the front baffle, I used a rabbeting bit to add a small flush sink surface into the baffle. Prepped for mounting the subwoofer:

Once I had my overall shape I had to come up with the shape for the back side of the box near the window, I also had to add the port geometry: After I copied that layer a few times I made a transition layer which adds a port brace and also caps off the bottom edge of the larger overall shape.

I started working on the subwoofer box for the Rockford Fosgate T1 10 Slim Subwoofer. Box will be a ported layered stack style box. This will allow me to capture the shape of the location the box will fit into while incorporating the port geometry. To start I had to get the shape:

Nice work, in the future take a look at Rage Gold body filler or Sonus Matter. Stuff sands way better than standard bondo, its one of those things, I know its more pricey but when you see how much easier it is to sand you will wonder why you didnt use it before.
