    Upgrade?

was the box designed especially for the subs you have? Have you done any sound deadening in your vehicle to stop loss through vibration? Where is the placement of you box now? I am sorry to answer your questions with questions but there are just too many factors to determine which is the best...

    Upgrade?

the majority of people need almost double power to hear the difference in sound. Double power gains you 3db and 3db is the theoretical rating for double volume. There are other factors though that can change that depending on circumstance. now I looked it up and your car has a 130 amp...

    Upgrade?

Wikipedia or Google would probably find you an answer quicker than testing the car. The real important question is, why do you need more power?

My subwoofers are not working, and I don't know why. Please help!!

First I would check the line output convertor to make sure you are getting a good signal. Second, how are your subs wired to your amplifier? Where is your LOC connected to? Where is the gain set on your amp? All new product or was it used? Checked fuses?

    What happened to this place?

I can understand why people say what they do about car audio but I, to some part, disagree. I don't think car audio is dead, it is just changing and we haven't caught up yet. Customers/People are not informed any more on what they need in their car, and they find little to no help out there in...

    Question on wattage for subs

There are way to many variables to just make a blanket statement like that. What if you had a 2volt radio and he has a 4 volt radio.. Please do as Blazian87 said and have your gains set with a DMM or Oscilloscope.

    Upgrade?

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. Are you wanting to know if you can run a larger amplifier? You really don't need to test at all, the math should give you the answers for this. What amplifiers do you have now and what is the stock amperage output of your alternator?

    Question on wattage for subs

ya in that truck it is super tight on depth and airspace. Are you sure the woofers you are using would even work in the amount of airspace you have under the seat?

    Opinions..... why not ask right...

I do not know much about these brand of woofers but wouldn't two 12" woofers give you more movement of air than one 15"? What is the XMax of both woofers and what is the cone surface area of each?

    Question on wattage for subs

You can as long as you make sure and don't clip your signal. Either properly tune the car or have a professional do it for you to make sure this isn't an issue.
